A successful Sr. HR Generalist combines advanced understanding and execution of HR competencies in the core areas of Behavioral Competencies and HR Expertise as defined by the SHRM Body of Competency and Knowledge. The Sr. HR Generalist runs daily functions of HR including but not limited to sourcing/recruiting and onboarding, benefits administration and project management and is also cross trained to cover other HR related functions as needed.
