Brightworth Partners Ranked Among Top Wealth Advisors for Client Satisfaction
ATLANTA – Brightworth partners Dave Polstra, Chris Dardaman, Ray Padrón and Annika Ferris have been selected one of the 2010 FIVE STAR: Best in Client Satisfaction Wealth ManagersSM for metro Atlanta. Less than 7 percent of Metro Atlanta wealth managers were included on the final, published “best in client satisfaction” list.
“There is so much that goes into maintaining great client relationships. Those relationships are central to who we are at Brightworth. The fact that our team is so solidly recognized for excellent client service means a great deal to us,” said Dave Polstra, a founding partner of Brightworth.
Survey recipients were asked to select only wealth managers whom they knew through personal experience, and to evaluate them based upon criteria that include: customer service, integrity, knowledge/expertise, communication, value for fee charged, meeting of financial objectives, post-sale-service, quality of recommendations and overall satisfaction.
Before finalizing the list, each wealth manager was reviewed by a blue-ribbon panel that was comprised of knowledgeable individuals from within the financial services industry. Although panelist comments were incorporated into the final score, safeguards were built into the review process to reduce the ability of panel members to influence the composition of the final list on the basis of company affiliation.
