Atlanta Bar Association’s Estate Planning and Probate Section to be Sponsored by Brightworth

Brightworth has been named the Financial Advisory sponsor of the Atlanta Bar Association’s Estate Planning and Probate Section. Brightworth works closely with estate planning attorneys as part of the comprehensive wealth management services they provide to their clients.

The Atlanta Bar Association’s Estate Planning and Probate Section supports the practice needs of attorneys in the areas of planning, probate and guardianship; serving the public interest and judiciary; and promoting high professional and ethical standards for its members. The Section also provides pro bono opportunities to attorneys in this Section through the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation where members volunteer their time at the Fulton County Probate Information Center. Members also assist the public with their Advance Health Care Directives during the annual Law Week program.
